It’s not every day you get to meet Iron Man, but 7-year-old Alex got to do just that, and for a good reason.
Alex was born with a partially developed arm. He also loves superheroes. So, Albert Manero, senior director of Limbitless Solutions, teamed up with Robert Downey Jr. to present Alex with his very own robotic arm designed to look like Iron Man’s.
Limbitless Solutions is a volunteer organization that designs affordable, 3D-printed limbs for children in need.
Alex seems a little starstruck when he first sees Robert Downey Jr., but soon the two superheros are hanging out and goofing off like they’re long-lost friends. See for yourself in the video below.
Congrats on the epic new arm, Alex! And thank you Albert and Robert — you two are definitely real-life superheroes.
