The following is the criteria that we investigate when reviewing an establishment.

Parking
   number of permit-only spaces
   distance of permit-only spaces to front door
   curb/ramp availability and slope

Entrance
   door (number of them and weight)
   slopes, stairs or ledges to entrance
   narrow or difficult entrances

Indoors
   type of flooring
   ramps to get from place to place
   space between tables
   table or bar height
   lighting
   braille menus
   attentiveness of staff

Bathroom
   entrance/hallway (width and clear of stored items)
   ease of door entry and exit
   braille on door
   space inside bathroom/manueverability
   space inside the stall
   grab bars inside stall
   levered handles on sink
   space under sink to get close
